What’s your job title? And how long have you worked for James Tobias?
I am the Sales Support Assistant and I am on my third week here at James Tobias.
What does that actually mean? What does your role entail?
My primary role is to support the sales team, whether that be altering a quote or speaking directly to their clients and assisting them with any queries or issues they may have.
What does a normal day look like for you?
Having been here for only three weeks, I’m still learning the ropes and because of that, no one day is the same. Every day has been very busy, very fun and extremely rewarding.
How does your role work with the wider James Tobias team?
I work mostly with the sales team and very much look forward to establishing strong relationships with them and with other members of the James Tobias team as my role grows.
Who do you do most of your work for?
The Sales team.
How do you make sure that you live up to the James Tobias values in your own work?
I make sure that I come into work every day with a smile and a positive mind set. This allows me to work effectively and ensure that I can help the sales team to the best of my ability.
If you had the chance to tell your clients one thing about James Tobias what would it be and why?
I would tell our clients that everyone that works here is really proud of the products that we produce, and therefore are genuinely proud to work for James Tobias.
If you were to have one James Tobias product in your own home, what would it be and why?
Quebix. I think they are a perfect way to store whatever you need whilst looking very stylish and sophisticated.
Finally, when you’re not creating the UK’s leading storage solutions, what keeps you busy?
I love going to the gym and spending time with my family and friends.
