  • James Tobias holds the business contact details from customers past and present in order to keep them informed about products, developments and events we are holding in which they may be interested; this forms the legal basis for processing their data.

  • The company attempts to keep this information current and welcomes clients contacting us to check on the details held on our database and updating as required. All contacts have the right to view the details we hold about them and every email will contain an option to unsubscribe.
