- James Tobias holds the business contact details from customers past and present in order to keep them informed about products, developments and events we are holding in which they may be interested; this forms the legal basis for processing their data.
- Data held is restricted to those elements required to allow us to keep our clients informed and will include name, email, contact telephone number and other contact details as supplied by the contact.
- The data is used solely for quoting, order processing and marketing purposes (marketing can be undertaken either internally or using trusted suppliers such as Mailchimp).
- Contact details are never sold or given to a third party.
- The company attempts to keep this information current and welcomes clients contacting us to check on the details held on our database and updating as required. All contacts have the right to view the details we hold about them and every email will contain an option to unsubscribe.
- Clients can unsubscribe at any point by contacting unsubscribe@james-tobias.com.
- Data will be kept until a contact or someone acting on their behalf asks to be removed. Once a contact has asked to be unsubscribed their contact details will be updated accordingly within one month of the request being received.
