Maintaining existing accounts and looking for new Business.
What does a normal day look like for you?
Customer visits and showroom tours along with general admin on live and new projects coming in.
How does your role work with the wider James Tobias team?
James Tobias is a business that heavily relies on internal relationship’s, we all work together to make sure the customer receives the very best service.
Who do you do most of your work for?
Main Contractors, D&B & furniture dealers.
How do you make sure that you live up to the James Tobias values in your own work?
Listen to what the customer needs and act accordingly, I always try to be honest and open about what is achievable.
If you had the chance to tell your clients one thing about James Tobias what would it be and why?
We have the capabilities to design and manufacture everything ourselves in house. Our team and factory give us the ability to offer far more than the competition.
If you were to have one James Tobias product in your own home, what would it be and why?
A new Kitchen, it would make my wife happy!
Finally, when you’re not creating the UK’s leading storage solutions, what keeps you busy?
I am a big Chelsea Fan and like to try and play as much golf as I can fit in. I also love spending time with my wife and Kids.
