I am in my second week as Regional Business Manager, covering the Northampton and part of the London area.
What does that actually mean? What does your role entail?
I manage relationships with the key accounts in my area.
What does a normal day look like for you?
I usually have a very structured day with a targeted approach. My days are very busy, but not unmanageable! It can range from site visits to client meetings.
How does your role work with the wider James Tobias team?
We all work as part of a close knit team to ensure the end product is delivered on time and that the clients expectations are met.
Who do you do most of your work for?
Mainly clients, in particular key accounts.
How do you make sure that you live up to the James Tobias values in your own work?
I live up to the values by being thorough, precise and driven.
If you had the chance to tell your clients one thing about James Tobias what would it be and why?
I would have to tell them about the quality of the product, it’s very long lasting.
If you were to have one James Tobias product in your own home, what would it be and why?
I would have the Quebix system in my home as it’s so multi-functional and customisable.
Finally, when you’re not creating the UK’s leading storage solutions, what keeps you busy?
I raise money for charity by canoeing up rivers the wrong way! I have recently canoed a river in Wales from sea to source, it was meant to take 9 days but took us 3 and a half.
