I am Regional Business Manager and this is my 3rd week!
What does that actually mean? What does your role entail?
I manage customer’s accounts in my regional area, creating quotes and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and in a timely fashion. Liaising between internal departments and customers to ensure all installations run smoothly.
What does a normal day look like for you?
I could be in the field meeting with clients to discuss the future or I could be working on on-going projects, or I could be in the office taking information and creating quotes.
How does your role work with the wider James Tobias team?
Communication between all departments is key and as I am learning I am keen to see from each team’s viewpoint
How do you make sure that you live up to the James Tobias values in your own work?
I like to think my customer service skills and attention to details are very good and I believe in clear honest communication.
If you had the chance to tell your clients one thing about James Tobias what would it be and why?
The quality and workmanship in both the product and the installation is outstanding.
If you were to have one James Tobias product in your own home, what would it be and why?
There isn’t a product I wouldn’t have in my home. Some of the finish options are really beautiful!

Spending time with my family and 2 dogs… Oh and the odd glass of wine…
