What’s your job title? And how long have you worked for James Tobias?
I am Regional Business Manager for the South West and I have been with James Tobias for two and a half years.
What does that actually mean? What does your role entail?
I maintain and develop a client base within this sector, promoting our standard and bespoke products, highlighting the key benefits of our range of exciting products.
What does a normal day look like for you?
I’m usually busy with site visits, client meetings, costings and the general maintenance of an area, concentrating on building key relationships with our strong customer network.
How does your role work with the wider James Tobias team?
The structure of James Tobias is like a finely tuned machine; each department has a key role within the organisation and by working as a team and communicating all required information from my level down, it offers our clients a timeline that they can work to.
Who do you do most of your work for?
All of our clients, from small concerns to large national accounts, they are all important to James Tobias and me. We care and work as best we can to develop relationships at all levels trying to offer the best solution for their requirements.
How do you make sure that you live up to the James Tobias values in your own work?
The customer is key and to that end I try to support all clients to the highest standard possible, I will go far beyond normal guidelines to try and meet client’s expectations.
I work to a given professional level and I treat customers as I would expect to be treated.
If you had the chance to tell your clients one thing about James Tobias what would it be and why?

We produce a range of Tea points and small kitchen modules, I would have these in my Kitchen.

I enjoy social activities, family events and for a little me time, course fishing from time to time.
